Safe, secure, affordable, convenient 24 hour access, and favorable location. I’ve been a customer of Tower Self Storage for many years now, I have a large unit there and I’ve also stored my RV and Boat at this facility and I’ve never had any problems whatsoever and this is solely because of the property Manager Linda Tanner who is an amazing, personable, professional, experienced, and exceptional human being who provides excellent customer service and goes out of her way to take care of her customers and their personal property. The place has come a long way since previous management. Prices are right they just need to tighten up on communication. Since COVID19 I had a really hard time getting a hold of anyone during regular business hours. The phone was not taking messages and I wasn't finding anyone there during hours. Once I did speak with Carlos, everything was handled and now they seem to be back on track. If you want a successful business you HAVE to be present and have clients (current or prospective) be able to leave messages and communicate with you and/or your staff!Directions:
